Location: Take the Manchester exit off Hal Rogers Pkwy; take hwy 80 N; go straight through stop light # 1 (pass McDonald's on the left) onto hwy 421 N; go 1000 feet take the 1st street to the left at the Lee's Famous Recipe Fried Chicken & PNC Bank. See big Community Church sign in the shopping center!.... the median in between the lanes is a turning lane, (mountable median). If you pass Eastern Kenbtucky University on your right, you went to far, turn around.
